In the context of our expansion, we are currently looking for a Business Analyst expert Calypso to strengthen our team in Ile-de-France.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze needs: Collect, analyze, and document business needs related to Calypso solutions for financial product management and risk management.
- Design solutions: Propose and design solutions on the Calypso platform to meet specific client needs, taking into account best practices and market innovations.
- Project management: Manage projects for the implementation and deployment of Calypso solutions, from the design phase to production.
- Team coordination: Work closely with developers and other business analysts to ensure the integration of solutions and high-quality delivery.
- Support and maintenance: Provide functional and technical support for Calypso applications, responding to user requests and resolving incidents.
- Training and documentation: Train users on new features and write technical and functional documentation.
- Launch of applications: Prepare and supervise the launch of new applications, ensuring their proper functioning and responding to user feedback.
You are a graduate of an engineering or business school with a specialization in finance, computer science, or project management (Bac+5 or equivalent). You have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with solid expertise on the Calypso platform. Previous experience as a Product Owner is an asset. You have a good understanding of Calypso features, including module configuration, workflow development, and integration with financial systems. You are able to manage complex projects, coordinate teams, and respect deadlines and budgets. You are fluent in French and English, both orally and in writing. You are proactive, rigorous, and have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team. You have experience with project management tools (Jira, Confluence), databases (SQL), and Unix/Linux environments.
