Job Description:

Our recruitment agency, OPTINERIS RH, is seeking a Methods Technician (M/F) for a permanent role within a client organization located in the Allier department (03). This client is a global entity engaged in the aviation, defense, and aerospace sectors. You will become a vital member of the Central Methods and Digital Transformation team, undertaking the following key responsibilities:
- Develop and outline production, assembly, or repair protocols
- Manage the production, inspection, and repair documentation for your assigned portfolio
- Contribute to the creation of industrial validation documentation
- Assist the methods teams across various operational units
- Facilitate the modernization and optimization of our tools and processes
- Lead and support cross-functional methods projects
- Oversee the enhancement of Quality/Cost/Delivery targets and progress
Work hours will be during the day, with occasional travel required. Compensation will be based on experience and qualifications.

Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Electronics or a related field, along with relevant experience in the industrial sector. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Proficiency in project management, technical data handling, and computer applications is required. Knowledge of the English language is advantageous. We are eager to review your CV.
