IT Senior Auditor

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Senior Auditor to join our Global IT Audit team at AXA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and performing independent reviews of IT systems, projects, and processes across the Group.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and perform IT audits, identifying risks and providing recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and maintain IT audit work programs and tools, sharing expertise with the IT Audit community.
- Collaborate with Internal Audit teams across the Group, managing schedules and ensuring compliance with international auditing standards.
- Accountable for the follow-up of past recommendations, acting as a sparring partner with issue owners to remediate risks.
- Proven expertise in IT audit, data governance, data analytics, IT project/change management, business continuity, or Solvency II.
- Knowledge of standard IT audit methodologies, frameworks, and tools.
- Inquiring and analytical mindset, with strong perseverance skills.
- Ability to anticipate risks and take initiatives, handling unforeseen changes.
- Good organizational and time management skills, with high-level autonomy.
- Open-minded and dynamic, with the ability to work within a multicultural team.
