The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Nautical Finisher to join our production team in Lorient. You will play a vital role in the final stages of crafting our exceptional catamarans (Outremer 45) and ORC sailboats.

Your Responsibilities

• Execute meticulous sanding, gelcoat touch-ups, polishing, and buffing techniques to achieve a flawless finish on various boat components.
• Work collaboratively with other skilled craftspeople to ensure the highest quality standards are met throughout the production process.

Your Profile

We are looking for an individual with proven experience in boat finishing and a strong understanding of composite materials and/or bodywork. You should be proficient in using power tools and possess a keen eye for detail. A collaborative spirit and a commitment to teamwork are essential qualities for success in this role.
