Job Title: ESG Sourcing Specialist

We are seeking an ESG Sourcing Specialist to join our team of experts who share our passion for sustainability and procurement excellence.

Job Purpose

This role contributes to the overall Sourcing and Procurement activities associated with Environment, Social, and Governance (ESG). The primary focus is on Carbon Footprint, Supplier Diversity, and Human Rights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage deliverables for ESG supply chain initiatives across all TechnipFMC locations.
  • Engage with clients, industry bodies, internal, and external stakeholders on supplier-facing ESG discussions.
  • Stay up-to-date with ESG and sustainability regulations and implement best practices for compliance.
  • Contribute to program and system development to drive simplification, standardization, and industrialization.
  • Identify ESG-related risks and opportunities within the global supply chain and develop strategies to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Manage performance goals to reduce environmental impact, enhance social responsibility, and improve overall efficiency and sustainability across the supply chain.
  • Act as an ESG subject matter expert, develop informational materials, and provide training to relevant internal stakeholders.
  • Implement ESG/Sustainability reporting systems, technologies, and automated processes to comply with regulatory reporting requirements and business strategy.
  • Develop internal controls and workflows for applicable ESG processes subject to audits and attestations.
  • Lead the implementation of Management Systems at a global level and support local ESG strategies at country level while driving standardization.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Sustainability, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of related work experience.
  • Knowledge of and experience with prevailing ESG regulations.
  • Understanding of ESG frameworks, standards, and reporting requirements.
  • Understanding of oilfield services and/or manufacturing business operations.
  • Ability to analyze data and conduct data assessments.
  • Expertise in developing, processing, and presenting data.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Soft Skills: Collaboration, communication, analytical mindset, people engagement, creative thinking, improvement driven, problem-solving.
Work Environment

This role requires a minimum of 60-70% of the time to be spent in an office environment. Visits to company, client, industry, and supplier work environments are required, which may involve travel. The office environment requires sitting, operating a computer, walking, and some lifting. Some potential exposure to possible shop hazards when visiting the shop/field environment, including high noise, heavy machinery, and shop traffic.
