We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Underwriting Assistant Master Casualty to join our team at AXA Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in providing administrative support and ensuring the efficient management of our underwriting processes.
Key Responsibilities- Confirm the implementation of projects within agreed timelines.
- Process and settle premiums in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ensure the timely and accurate documentation of files handled by the incumbent in the policy subscription file (on the document management system).
- Handle and respond promptly to client/agent requests and direct them to Underwriting as needed.
- Collaborate with Underwriting to test new activities, prepare quotes, and participate in sales and renewal meetings.
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar function (insurance company/agent)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in French.
- Ability to synthesize large amounts of information.
- Good understanding of industry standards.
- Motivation to continuously improve skills.
- Previous professional experience in a commercial insurance environment.
- Completion of a related insurance training is highly recommended.
- Desirable experience in the commercial insurance subscription process.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.
