Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated postdoctoral researcher to join our team at INRIA and work on distributed machine learning at the network edge. The successful candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, optimization, and statistical learning, and will be able to contribute to the development of new algorithms and techniques for distributed machine learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research on distributed machine learning at the network edge
- Develop new algorithms and techniques for distributed machine learning
- Collaborate with the research team to advance the state-of-the-art in distributed machine learning
- Participate in the activities of the EU project dAIEDGE
Requirements
- Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, or a closely related discipline
- Strong background in machine learning, optimization, and statistical learning
- Excellent programming skills, particularly in PyTorch or TensorFlow
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
