Key Responsibilities
- Act as the ISC representative on the Platform segment leadership team, ensuring alignment of strategies and driving performance metrics.
- Oversee the implementation of ISC strategic roadmaps, coordinating with execution teams and addressing challenges proactively.
- Assist business and plant teams in formulating 3-year strategic plans while ensuring budget compliance.
- Align ISC strategies with global platform teams and regional management to assess capacity requirements and develop sourcing and supply plans.
- Lead operational strategies for new product integration and scale-up, maintaining effective communication with plant managers, R&D, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure annual targets are met through effective coordination and management.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders across various departments and external partners to achieve desired outcomes.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related discipline; an MBA is a plus.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing and leadership roles, with at least 3-5 years in a plant environment.
- Advanced knowledge in operational excellence, quality, and finance; proficient in ERPs and production systems.
- Strong technical background in project and operations management, with a solid grasp of Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies (certifications preferred).
- Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels.
- Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
- Demonstrated leadership and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Experience working within complex, matrixed organizations.
- Fluency in English is required.
