The Senior Project Manager for Global Media will play a pivotal role in shaping Coty's media approach for a curated selection of prestigious European brands.
This position requires a blend of strategic insight and tactical execution, leveraging both traditional and digital media channels to drive sustainable growth for the brands under management.
In this role, the Senior Project Manager will utilize exceptional interpersonal skills to facilitate the effective implementation of global strategies at the local level, providing essential support to various markets. This individual will collaborate with a robust network of local media and marketing professionals globally, as well as with international vendors and partners.
The Senior Project Manager will be integral to a team focused on executing outreach strategies, coordinating multi-platform campaigns, and ensuring adherence to local market strategies. This role will also involve daily interactions with licensors and internal global marketing teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As the Senior Project Manager for Global Media, your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the formulation and execution of the Global Media strategy across all platforms and designated brands.
- Overseeing global media planning, activation, and reporting for media investments.
- Managing key relationships across various media sectors and digital platforms.
- Supporting Global Marketing teams in optimizing worldwide investments while addressing market-specific challenges.
- Achieving business objectives and ensuring optimal return on investment.
- Possessing a strong understanding of advocacy, content, and paid media amplification strategies, with expertise in building effective social media ecosystems.
- Utilizing tools such as Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics to assess campaign performance and its impact on direct-to-consumer sales.
- Regularly communicating progress against key performance indicators and seeking opportunities for performance enhancement.
- Collaborating with agencies to gain insights into the competitive landscape and key learnings from performance assessments.
- Working closely with Brand Marketing teams to ensure media strategies contribute to brand growth.
- Driving innovation in market strategies through collaboration with digital partners.
- Engaging with centralized resources such as marketing, digital, public relations, and e-commerce teams, while partnering with Consumer Market Insights to analyze audience engagement and campaign performance.
- Developing and delivering comprehensive media presentations for brands and leadership, along with educational sessions for licensing partners.
- Maintaining strong relationships with the media Agency of Record.
- Collaborating with Influencer and Digital Marketing teams to develop and execute content partnership agreements.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, or a related field.
- Over 8 years of experience in media, with a background in client or agency roles, focusing on media strategy across all channels (TV, Digital, OOH, Print).
- Experience managing media budgets for multiple brands or sub-brands, whether on the client or agency side.
- In-depth knowledge of the digital media landscape and emerging platforms and technologies.
- Significant experience in digital media strategy and social media activation, particularly in synergy with e-commerce and direct-to-consumer initiatives.
- Experience in high-end skincare and beauty media strategies is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to present effectively to leadership.
- Proven track record in developing and executing global media strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Comprehensive understanding of key performance indicators for optimizing media effectiveness.
- Experience in coordinating efforts across cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated creativity and innovative thinking in executing new strategies.
- Experience in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
- Proven ability to cultivate strong partnerships with key digital stakeholders.
