Position Title: Quay Operations Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the loading and unloading of vehicles on the Maghreb and Italy routes.
• Manage quay operations, supervising a team of three personnel.
• Ensure high service standards by addressing disputes and facilitating effective communication.
• Act as a key link between quay operations and other operational departments.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse environment.
• Contribute to process enhancement initiatives, including labeling, quay access, and the Morocco hub.
• Uphold and enforce safety regulations and protocols.
