Finance & Administration Intern Role

We are looking for a Finance & Administration Intern to assist with financial operations, reporting activities, and legal & administrative tasks. You will join a team of 3, reporting to the Head of Finance and Operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accounting coordination (assist accountants by providing the requested information)
  • Monitor Travel & Expenses on a monthly basis
  • Participate to the production of financial statements based on accounting data
Compliance & Risk Management:
  • Monitor insurance contracts, GDPR, and other compliance initiatives
  • Pelico promotes inclusion and non-discrimination, and acts daily in favour of social mix, gender equality, senior citizens & disability
Requirements:
  • Preparing a master's degree in Finance
  • Knowledge of French accounting (basic knowledge of US accounting would be a plus)
  • Previous professional experience in Finance would be appreciated
  • Expertise in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Fluency in English (spoken & written)
  • Data driven & result oriented
