Position Overview

We are seeking two talented professionals to enhance our team:

  • One individual will focus on European initiatives, spearheading enterprise architecture efforts, fostering innovation, and ensuring the coherence and integration of developments within the Banque de France and European IT frameworks.
  • The other will serve as a principal architect specializing in Data and Artificial Intelligence.

Main Responsibilities

  • Acting as a representative of the Banque de France on architectural matters and contributing to the technical strategy in collaboration with European stakeholders.
  • Ensuring that projects align with the technical strategy of the Banque de France.
  • Providing support to DGSI or business initiatives related to SEBC during their opportunity and framing phases.
  • Playing a key role in the execution of technical strategies in the data domain and the development and utilization of data value services.
  • Guiding discussions on system architecture during opportunity and framing phases, ensuring robust data management capabilities (technical infrastructure, analytical tools, AI).
  • Assisting business projects to guarantee effective technical data management practices.
  • Contributing to the establishment of a "data office" aimed at enhancing the information assets of the Bank.

Candidate Profile

Education and Experience: A degree in Computer Science is essential.

Proven experience in the field of enterprise architecture, particularly within a large IT organization or consultancy serving significant clients.

Required Skills:

  • Familiarity or certifications in frameworks such as TOGAF, ISACA, SAFE, ITIL, or similar methodologies.
  • Comprehensive understanding of infrastructure, including both internal and external cloud environments.
  • Extensive experience in enterprise architecture, particularly in formulating master plans for large organizations or financial institutions.
  • Substantial expertise in data and AI domains.
  • Proficiency in enterprise architecture modeling tools.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is mandatory.

  • Ability to influence decisions, with a diverse technical and business knowledge base.
