  3. Roteie solicitações de expertise para equipes especializadas.

Execução de controles de segurança operacional e suporte a planos de remediação para o Digital Workplace.

  1. Execute controles periódicos de segurança para serviços de Digital Workplace gerenciados pelas equipes de TI do Grupo Digital.
  2. Execute testes de aceitação de segurança padrão em projetos para o escopo do Digital Workplace.
  3. Consolide e coordene planos de remediação de segurança operacional para o Digital Workplace.
  4. Suporte a remediação e gerencie o processo.

Tratamento de incidentes de segurança cibernética e coordenação de remediação.

  1. Trate incidentes relatados pelo CyberSOC e defina planos de ação pós-morte quando necessário.
  2. Coordeie a remediação de incidentes e suporte a gestão de crise.

Relatório e melhoria de atividades de segurança operacional.

  1. Construa e execute relatórios (KPI e KRI) para os oficiais de segurança.
  2. Formalize, melhore e automatize (quando possível) segurança operacional e procedimentos.

Suporte ativo à equipe em todas as atividades.

Para atuar nessa função, é necessário ter conhecimento em gestão de vulnerabilidades, ferramentas de segurança, processos de segurança e tecnologias de Workplace. Além disso, é importante ter habilidades em análise de riscos e certificação de segurança.
