About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Main Clinical Activities (90%):
    • Conducting Child and Adolescent Mental Health Assessments and Treatments
    • Providing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and other evidence-based interventions
    • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Additional Responsibilities (10%):
    • Participating in hospital-wide initiatives and committees
    • Contributing to quality improvement projects and research studies
  • Management and Institutional Responsibilities:
    • Leading and mentoring junior staff members
    • Participating in departmental meetings and decision-making processes
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Relevant medical degree and licensure
  • Specialized training in child and adolescent psychiatry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Fluency in French and English
