Join Our Team
As a Senior Technical Project Manager at ALSTEF Group, you will be part of our technical direction team and work closely with our electrical, mechanical, and software engineering teams. You will lead a team of designers, developers, and subject matter experts and be responsible for ensuring the quality, timelines, and budgets of your projects.
Your Responsibilities
- Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Coordinate and challenge the teams associated with the project.
- Ensure that cross-functional milestones are respected and resolve any issues that arise.
- Organize and lead internal project meetings (design reviews, requirement matrices, etc.).
- Ensure the quality and planning of project deliverables.
- Follow up on factory tests and qualifications of AGV projects.
- Communicate the status of your projects.
About You
We are looking for a highly experienced professional with a solid background in project management, preferably in robotics. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
You will have a strong understanding of project management methodologies and be able to apply them to complex technical projects. You will also have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and be able to work independently.
