Quality Assurance Specialist

AEC Intérim is seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Specialist to enhance our innovative team. Your primary role will be to guarantee the quality of products from the moment raw materials are received until the final product is dispatched, all within a continuously evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect incoming raw materials and subcontracted items
  • Perform quality assessments (visual, dimensional, functional...)
  • Verify production compliance with established regulations, procedures, and standards
  • Document inspection results in the ERP system (Excalibur)
  • Offer technical assistance to assembly and wiring teams
  • Detect and segregate non-compliant or questionable products
  • Draft reports on non-conformities (supplier or production)
  • Suggest corrective and preventive measures or enhancements
  • Conduct functional evaluations
  • For aerospace projects, prepare shipping documents and packaging

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Required Professional Expertise:

  • Understanding of materials and processes (machining, electronic assembly, wiring, integration)
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis
  • Ability to write detailed reports
  • Capability to interpret verification protocol data

  • Logical thinker with strong observational skills
