Apprentice Tribologist

Safran Aircraft Engines is seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as an Apprentice Tribologist. In this role, you will be responsible for learning and mastering the complex testing methods used in our laboratory to analyze the behavior of materials under various conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of new testing protocols and procedures
• Conduct experiments and data analysis to understand the behavior of materials under different conditions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues
• Participate in the design and development of new testing equipment and tools

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively
• Basic knowledge of materials science and mechanical testing principles
