About the Role:The Head of Human Resources and Administration will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to the HR and Admin function, ensuring the effective management of human resources and administration processes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Contribute to the development and implementation of the organization's overall business strategy, providing expert advice on HR and Admin matters.
- Lead and manage the HR and Admin team, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality HR and Admin services.
- Develop and implement HR and Admin policies, procedures, and processes to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Manage the recruitment, selection, and induction of new staff members, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
- Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of staff members.
- Provide guidance and support on Admin-related matters, ensuring the effective management of administrative processes.
- Ensure the implementation of effective HR and Admin systems, processes, and procedures to ensure the efficient management of human resources and administration.
- Monitor and report on HR and Admin metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve HR and Admin performance.
- Master's degree in HR Management or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in HR and Admin management, with a strong background in talent acquisition, development, and retention.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRMS systems.
