What is the objective of this position?
Our team consists of approximately 75 professionals distributed across three locations, working in a hybrid model. We are seeking a Senior Software Development Engineer/Technical Lead for the Amadeus-Lufthansa Digital Lab. Are you prepared to tackle the challenge of delivering innovative projects (Angular, RxJS, HTML/CSS, Git...) for Lufthansa Group while leveraging your expertise to strengthen our existing teams?

In this position, you will:
Operate within a fully Agile (SAFe) environment, maintaining close collaboration with the client.Be an experienced developer, proficient in various technical frameworks and environments.Serve as the technical leader for your scrum team: recommending technical solutions, mentoring junior developers, analyzing complex issues, translating PO requirements into technical proposals, and engaging with technical stakeholders (e.g., architects, principal engineers).Participate in daily scrum meetings.Engage in agile events (e.g., System Demos, Inspect & Adapt sessions, PIPE...) and lead agile ceremonies under your purview while supporting your PO in other areas.Actively contribute to the Dev Community of Practice (CoP) and participate in regular/ad-hoc sessions (e.g., draft plan reviews, management meetings).Attend face-to-face PI Planning Events (PIPE).About the Ideal Candidate:
