We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team at Synergie Proxi Montélimar. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our industrial equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Start up and operate machines to produce goods during the day
  • Perform daily calibrations and adjustments on machines
  • Assist quality control operators in inspecting products
  • Perform preventive and routine maintenance on equipment and installations
  • Analyze defects and resolve issues
  • Support maintenance technicians during machine installations and removals
Requirements:
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Experience in industrial or automotive mechanics is highly valued
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary: €12.07/hour + €6.03/day shift premium + meal allowance: €4.50/day
  • 10% IFM and 10% CP
