The Investigator Contracts Lead (ICL) plays a crucial role in negotiating contracts and budgets with clinical investigator sites in France. This position requires strong communication and negotiation skills to ensure successful contract execution and budget management.
Key Responsibilities:- Negotiate cost, business, and contractual terms with investigators and institutions.
- Lead study-level site contracting activities and manage site contracting issues and timelines.
- Partner with Legal and other divisions to manage escalations in site budgeting and contracting.
- Develop relationships with key investigational sites and Site Management Organizations.
- Fluency in written and spoken French.
- Advanced level of English, written and spoken.
- Experience with clinical study budgets and contracting negotiation principles.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent and 5+ years of experience in clinical development operations or clinical trial outsourcing.
