Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Photovoltaic Project Lead to join our team in Saint Vincent de Paul. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of photovoltaic projects from initial feasibility studies through to completion. Your expertise will ensure projects adhere to strict deadlines, quality standards, and profitability targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial goals.
- Lead client interactions, building strong relationships and effectively communicating project progress and updates.
- Manage and motivate a team of engineers and technicians, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- Implement rigorous safety protocols to ensure the well-being of all personnel involved in projects.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the photovoltaic industry. Proven project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to safety are essential for success in this role.
