Position: Assembly and Finishing Technician (M/F)
Hays France is seeking a dedicated Technician specializing in assembly and finishing processes within the plastic packaging sector. This role involves working on a 2x8 shift schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Technical Team Leader to initiate new product and process launches, engaging with technical, quality, and development teams.
- Monitor and adjust workshop settings, pilot established processes, and ensure their reliability to uphold quality, productivity, and performance standards.
- Participate in corrective actions in response to internal or external non-conformities.
- Manage production modifications and assist in training setters and team leaders on specialized topics.
- Generate tooling, equipment, and maintenance intervention requests.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess a degree in plastic injection, industrial mechanics, mechanical production, or a related field, along with relevant experience in industrial environments, particularly in plastic processing or similar areas. Candidates should demonstrate attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and strong automation and problem-solving abilities.
This is a permanent position offering a dynamic work environment with 2x8 shifts.
