Current Opportunities
We are currently enhancing our sustainability practice to provide a comprehensive suite of ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) and sustainability strategy services across the EMEA region, with a particular emphasis on Europe. If you are driven, entrepreneurial, and knowledgeable, you could be an ideal fit for this leadership role.
Your Role
As a leader within our Sustainability Team, you will be responsible for expanding our sustainability consulting services locally and throughout the EMEA region. Collaborating closely with our industry and market leaders, you will help develop solutions for some of our clients' most pressing challenges while mentoring and supporting our managers and consultants to achieve impactful results. Your responsibilities will include nurturing existing client relationships and creating new business opportunities.

Your Contributions
- Lead the development and implementation of our sustainability strategy offering.
- Collaborate with colleagues to leverage our existing client network and advance our sustainability and ESG consulting practice.
- Develop and maintain trusted client relationships across various industries in the EMEA region.
- Establish strong internal and external networks to enhance our sustainability strategy's value proposition.
- Guide teams on client engagement, proposal development, and service delivery.
- Inspire and nurture your team's talent and expertise to deliver exceptional client value and employee engagement.
Who You Are
You are likely an experienced Manager or Senior Manager in a professional services organization with a proven track record in selling sustainability or ESG services. You excel in developing industry practices and value long-term client relationships. As a great listener and solutions architect, you create tailored offers that meet each client's unique needs.
