Senior Functional Consultant

Wolters Kluwer, a global software company, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Functional Consultant to join our FRR division in Paris. Our team provides expert and strategy advisory services, end-to-end architecture design and delivery services to our financial institution clients worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:- Analysis and documentation of data mapping
- Mapping user requirements to the technology solution OneSumX
- Ensuring completeness of requirement traceability to support testing activities
- Coordination and execution of testing
- Preparation of user guides, training material and presentations for different audiences
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Team player who enjoys working with people on all levels and can also work independently and under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Strong sense of responsibility and accountability
- Very strong problem solving and analytical skills and experience of troubleshooting
- Good knowledge of Banking products
- Regulatory Reporting (REG) Skills
- Proficiency in Finrep/Corep/Liqrep reporting
- Knowledge of Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR) requirements
- Familiarity with Basel III/Basel IV regulations and Capital Requirements Regulation/Capital Requirements Directive (CRR/CRD)
- Experience with local French regulatory reporting requirements for the ACPR or BdF
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Computer Science or Business Mathematics
- 7-10 years' experience in one of the following sectors: financial/regulatory reporting, risk management, regulatory compliance
- Good command of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Organizational skills that reflect your ability to perform all daily tasks with excellent attention to details
- Flexibility and proactivity, with the ability to lead a team, make decisions, and carry out tasks independently
- Competence to manage customer relations and an interest in business development
- Comfortable with public speaking
- Excellent written and verbal skills in French; any other language, especially English, is a plus
Location: Paris-La Défense
80% on client's site, 20% at the office
