About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Psychologist to enhance the quality of life for our residents at Fondation Perce-Neige. This position is vital in providing psychological support within a multidisciplinary framework.
At Fondation Perce-Neige, we focus on delivering personalized care and support for individuals with mental or physical disabilities. Our mission is to create a nurturing environment that caters to the unique needs and aspirations of each resident.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promoting the overall well-being of residents in accordance with the facility's mission
- Delivering direct psychological interventions for residents and their families
- Facilitating professional development and best practices
- Contributing to the formulation and assessment of the facility's strategic initiatives
- Providing expert insights in clinical and behavioral psychology
- Engaging in functional assessments, evaluations, and personalized project planning
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Psychology or Neuropsychology, with a preference for experience in supporting individuals with disabilities. Essential skills include strong professional ethics, active listening, and a collaborative spirit. Familiarity with assessment tools such as COMVOOR, VINELAND, and EFI is advantageous.
Employment Details:
- Contract Type: Part-time Permanent (0.5 FTE) over three days, including Thursdays
- Compensation: Aligned with CCN 66 standards
