Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Precision Mechanical Operator to join our team at DLSI Group. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate production of parts using machines and quality control measures.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and control production processes to meet quality and productivity standards
- Operate and maintain machinery, including start-up and shutdown procedures
- Perform tool changes and adjustments to optimize production programs
- Inspect and deburr parts to ensure quality and accuracy
- Identify and isolate non-conforming parts to prevent defects
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability
- Optimize production programs to improve efficiency and productivity
- Minimum Bac pro Machining Technician or equivalent qualification
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Proficiency in traditional control tools and machinery
- Strong attention to detail, dynamism, and rigor in a fast-paced production environment
- Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including possible shift work or fixed morning/afternoon shifts
- Experience with Index, Nakamura, or Miyano machines
