About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at Pierre Fabre Group. As a key member of our Quality Assurance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our pharmaceutical products, from raw materials to finished goods.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the quality of pharmaceutical products, including liquids and pastes, in accordance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality procedures and protocols.
- Investigate and resolve quality issues, including non-conformities and customer complaints.
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance our products and processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, research and development, and regulatory affairs.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of quality records and reports.
Requirements
- Pharmacist degree recognized in France, with a strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulations and industry standards.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Excellent knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and ISO standards.
- Proficiency in SAP and Trackwise software, with experience in quality management systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
