Our MissionAt Pasqal, we aim to build and develop QPUs that enable highly performant computation using neutral atoms manipulated with lasers. Our hardware systems integration team plays a crucial role in this mission.
Job DescriptionMain Responsibilities- Team Management: Lead a team of engineers and technicians, responsible for the integration of new sub-systems into our QPU platforms.
- Budget Management: Implement, document, and update procedures related to integration activities, set up and monitor KPIs, and define and manage the annual budget.
- Project Management: Make decisions on resource allocation, follow up on projects, and collaborate with the project manager.
- 10+ years of experience in industry, working on complex system development, following a V-cycle project management approach.
- 5+ years of experience in integration of complex hardware systems.
- Strong interest in industrialization of complex systems.
- Experience in managing a team of engineers and technicians.
- Experience with versioning control tools and embedded software integration.
- Brand new offices in Massy, France.
- Type of contract: CDI.
- A dynamic and close-knit international team.
