Are you a product management expert looking to shape the future of the Wine & Spirits industry with cutting-edge technology? Pernod Ricard's Global Tech team is seeking a skilled Product Owner to join our dynamic product organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demand Management: Gather new demands to be integrated into the backlog and translate them into Features.
- Backlog Management: Prioritize Product backlog and manage risks and interdependencies with other squads.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Contribute to product vision definition and lead the Product Build by defining and analyzing Features/user stories.
- Product Catalog Management: Ensure latest version and consistency between the product & service catalog and the overall product portfolio.
- Incident Management: Lead L2/L3 incidents investigation, diagnosis, and resolution.
- Resource Management: Estimate Resource forecasts and adjust roadmap and prioritization based on resource availability.
- ITFM: Provide Product roadmap and backlog, squad's resource needs forecast, and oversee overall funding of my scope.
Requirements:
- Proven expertise in relevant product with deep understanding of business challenges in the domain.
- Strategic & value-driven mindset with ability to manage in complex & VUCA environments.
- Strong communication skills with ability to talk with both business & technical stakeholders.
- Strong experience in Product management, ideally with PO certification(s).
- Strong understanding of agile mindset & practices.
- Strong negotiation/mediation skills.
