JOB DESCRIPTION

The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee the operational needs of the Haus Paris showroom while assisting the Haus manager in all VIP and public relations activities occurring at the Haus. Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as a brand ambassador for VIPs and high-profile talents associated with Haus Paris across various industries such as fashion, cinema, music, art, and sports.
- Managing celebrity seeding and shopping initiatives to ensure that the most relevant and brand-aligned talents are representing Levi's both on and off screen.
- Coordinating the ordering of the finest product assortments, focusing exclusively on top-tier items and collaborations.
- Supporting and organizing cultural programming centered around pop culture, film, television, celebrity, entertainment, and fashion, both within and outside the Haus:

• Product placement opportunities including customized offerings, red carpet events, and celebrity engagements (e.g., Cannes, Deauville, Hyères, César, Fashion Weeks, etc.)

• Curating events that celebrate Parisian culture.
- Overseeing performance reporting to analyze showroom effectiveness and enhance internal visibility.
- Managing showroom operations, including logistics, inventory, and administrative tasks:

• Implementing the Haus calendar and tools in alignment with awareness goals and the overall PR strategy at global, cluster, and local levels.

• Supporting and promoting the Levi's Haus Paris cultural initiatives.

• Driving all French seeding programs (seasonal, collaborations, etc.), with an emphasis on high-profile talents from various industries.

• Facilitating relationships between VIPs/high-profile talents and Levi's representatives.

• Handling shopping requests and product placements.

• Managing showroom operations including visual merchandising, additional services, and delivery logistics.

• Developing specialized tools for the Haus, such as databases and tracking systems.

• Overseeing sample and stock management.

• Ensuring the maintenance and management of the Haus, including vendor coordination for services like plumbing, electrical work, security systems, and cleaning.

• Collaborating closely with the Haus Manager.

• Reporting on program outcomes, weekly summaries, and performance analysis.

• Ensuring effective coordination and collaboration across all teams, including PR, Social Media, and Channel Management.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in public relations or showroom management.

• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.

• Strong relationship-building capabilities.

• Excellent planning and organizational skills.

• Proficient in event production.

• Curious, adaptable, and passionate about public relations and trends in fashion and lifestyle.
