Project Manager Officer

Nous recherchons un Project Manager Officer dynamique et motivé pour rejoindre notre équipe de gestion de projets. Vous serez responsable de la gestion des offres logicielles, des demandes d'installation de logiciels hors catalogue, ainsi que de la conformité et de la fourniture de rapports. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec notre équipe pour développer des solutions efficaces et conformes.
Responsabilités- Gestion des offres logicielles et des demandes d'installation de logiciels hors catalogue.
- Suivi du nombre de licences utilisées, de la conformité et fourniture de rapports.
- Mise en œuvre de campagnes de désinstallation des logiciels non utilisés et fourniture de bilans annuels.
- Gestion des stocks de licences/abonnements acquis(es) et fourniture des licences/abonnements aux utilisateurs.
- Rôle de Support de niveau 3 en cas d'incident, de réclamation ou de demande de renseignement des utilisateurs.
- Contribution à l'amélioration continue des services proposés aux utilisateurs, mise en qualité des données et accompagnement au changement.
- Participation aux évolutions techniques des outils d'automatisation et diffusion des logiciels.
- Diplôme universitaire (BAC +5) en informatique ou domaine similaire.
- Expérience confirmée d'au moins 4 ans dans la gestion de projets et l'analyse des besoins utilisateurs.
- Connaissance approfondie des enjeux de sécurité dans le développement logiciel serait un plus.
- Maîtrise de PowerBI et des outils collaboratifs Microsoft O365.
- Connaissance d'au moins deux des logiciels suivants : MS Project, MS Visio, Suite Adobe, Kofax Power PDF, PPM, MS Visual Studio.
