AXA Group is seeking a highly strategic and partner-relationship oriented professional to lead the definition and implementation of the headquarters' Data and AI Strategy, nurture and strengthen the establishment of a data-driven and AI-empowered culture, and maximize adoption by demonstrating value and sharing successes.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the definition and implementation of the Data and AI Strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and reporting on its evolution and impact through the adequate Committees
- Orchestrate the activation of the Data and AI Office Center of Excellence (CoE) to support departments from ideation to the delivery of their use cases, enriching and maintaining the Data and AI use cases logbook, and applying a client-facing and partner approach
- Promote Data and AI capabilities leveraging on regular exchanges with business teams on data cartography, project reviews and data deletion project
- Design, build and animate the Data and AI Culture program, playing a pivotal role in raising awareness, improving skills and nurturing a data-driven and AI-empowered culture within the organization
- Showcase success stories through diverse communication campaigns to ensure widespread adoption and enthusiasm for Data and AI initiatives, inspiring and empowering teams to embrace the change
- Establish and animate vibrant Data and AI communities to foster collaboration, knowledge sharing, and innovation, creating a network of business partners across the organization to drive Data and AI excellence
We are looking for a strategic thinker with a passion for data and AI, driven by value creation and eager to lead the change. You will have a Master's degree in Business, Communication or Engineering, and 10+ years of overall experience, with experience in a Data and AI Office team being a plus.
