About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Financing Specialist to join our team in Bordeaux. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing the financial aspects of our operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Responsibilities
  • Process and monitor financing transactions, including loan agreements, rent subsidies (APL), and guarantees, adhering to all relevant regulations and internal procedures.
  • Collaborate with Operational Managers to conduct financial feasibility studies for new projects, ensuring their viability and alignment with our strategic objectives.
  • Maintain accurate financial records for all operations within the company's Information System, providing timely and reliable data for reporting and analysis.
  • Contribute to optimizing cash management strategies for ongoing projects, minimizing risks and maximizing financial efficiency.
  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks related to financing activities, ensuring smooth workflow and accurate documentation.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Participate in departmental and cross-functional projects, providing support in areas such as monitoring, reporting, organization, and logistics.
  • Integrate existing performance indicators into your daily work practices, contributing to the continuous improvement of our financial management processes.
  • Proactively identify and manage risks associated with financing activities, implementing appropriate mitigation strategies.
  • Contribute to the company's innovation efforts by proposing new ideas and solutions that enhance our financial performance and operational efficiency.
Qualifications

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field, coupled with 5 years of proven experience in a similar role. Familiarity with the social housing sector is an asset.
