Nous recherchons des professionnels expérimentés et passionnés pour rejoindre notre équipe commerciale Inetum en tant que Business Manager IT H/F. Si vous êtes prêt(e) à donner le meilleur de vous-même, à vous dépasser et à faire partie d'une équipe performante, cette opportunité est faite pour vous.

En tant que Business Manager IT H/F, vos principales missions consisteront à placer nos consultants du domaine applicatif chez nos clients dans les secteurs des Télécoms, de la Distribution et de l'Industrie. Vous serez responsable de détecter de nouvelles opportunités, de conclure des contrats et de développer votre portefeuille clients. Vous serez accompagné(e) par un manager de proximité qui vous guidera dans votre réussite.

Au quotidien, vous serez amené(e) à :


• Chasser avec agilité de nouvelles opportunités commerciales sur un périmètre défini.
• Mettre en avant nos consultants du domaine applicatif (développeur, data engineer, business analyst,...) pour répondre aux besoins d'assistance technique des clients.
• Négocier avec ténacité les contrats et les accords commerciaux pour obtenir des résultats remarquables.
• Établir des relations solides et durables avec les clients en offrant une expérience client exceptionnelle.
• Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe recrutement pour trouver les futurs collaborateurs.
• Participer activement à des événements professionnels pour rester à la pointe des tendances du marché.

Profil

De formation Bac+5.

Une première expérience réussie en tant qu'Ingénieur Commercial ou dans la vente dans le domaine de l'IT.

Maîtrise du domaine applicatif et capacité à présenter les avantages de nos consultants.

Compétences avérées en négociation, en communication et en gestion de la relation client.

Esprit d'équipe, motivation et passion pour atteindre les résultats.

La connaissance des offres de services en assistance technique serait un atout.
