Join our esteemed team at Cityone, a prominent player in the hospitality sector. We are seeking a dedicated receptionist to support our operations in a medical setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing patient transfers
- Coordinating meeting spaces
- Managing keys and access
- Addressing complaints and maintaining logs
- Processing requests for bed vouchers
- Updating schedules for healthcare professionals
- Facilitating technical service requests
- Handling various additional responsibilities (such as wheelchair loans, management of disposable clothing, returning medical supplies, lost and found items, and meal voucher administration)
Employment Benefits:
- Fixed-term contract for 5 months / Full-time (35 hours weekly)
- Flexible working hours from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm (as per schedule)
- One weekend shift every two weeks
