We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Landscape Worker Team Leader to join our client's team in the Azay le Rideau region.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately interpret landscape plans and construction documents, ensuring strict adherence to safety regulations.
- Effectively delegate tasks and provide clear instructions to team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Manage inventory of materials and plants, maintaining high quality standards and promptly communicating any supply needs.
- Prepare detailed reports and contribute to invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Actively participate in various landscaping operations, including soil preparation, seeding, planting, sodding, tree and shrub pruning, and light masonry work.
- Assist with the maintenance and repair of irrigation systems, ensuring optimal functionality.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar landscaping role.
- Valid driver's license.
The ideal candidate possesses strong motivation, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering precise results.
