About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our Amazon Logistics Operations Finance team in Europe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing finance-related activities, implementing standardized controllership, reporting, and planning processes for the fixed cost of Delivery Stations across all EU countries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and evaluate control risks, propose changes, and implement improvements to remediate gaps
  • Deliver weekly and monthly financial close, utilizing financial systems and advanced MSExcel functions to work with large data sets
  • Work with various data sources, identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, and escalating discrepancies
  • Communicate complex finance issues clearly, using active listening skills and adjusting style for various audiences
  • Identify and implement solutions to resolve, improve, automate, standardize, or simplify finance processes
  • Make thoughtful time management decisions, prioritizing work, resolving issues, meeting deadlines, and seeking feedback from your manager

Requirements

Additionally, you will need to be proficient in financial systems and advanced MSExcel functions.
