Job Title: Accastilleur (H/F)

Manpower PERPIGNAN BTP is seeking a Marine Fitter (H/F) for its client, a leading player in the naval sector.

Responsibilities:
  • Read and interpret plans and schematics
  • Install, assemble, adjust, and calibrate marine equipment on pleasure boats and ships, including winches, pulleys, steering systems, and other deck accessories
Working Hours:

Day shift (7:30am-4:30pm) with the possibility of moving to 3x8 or 2x8 shifts depending on workload

Compensation:

€11.74/hour + 10% end-of-mission indemnities + 10% paid holidays + bonuses + overtime

Requirements:

This role requires precision and attention to detail, both in material dosage and implementation
