Key Responsibilities- Contract Management: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and develop tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
- Mandate Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive growth and revenue.
- Client Management: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that clients receive timely and effective support throughout the sales process.
- Portfolio Development: Analyze market trends and client needs to identify opportunities for growth and expansion, and develop strategies to capitalize on these opportunities.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct thorough financial analyses to determine the viability of potential investments, and provide recommendations to clients based on these analyses.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with real estate investments, ensuring that clients are fully informed and prepared to make informed decisions.
- Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations, and ensure that all business activities are conducted in compliance with these requirements.
