Join our team as a Senior Business Analyst at Inetum Capital Market, where you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our Asset and Liability Management (ALM) capabilities. Your expertise will be crucial in collaborating with our IT project and maintenance teams, focusing on the Fermat ALM and Risk Authority software utilized in the ALM regulatory landscape and Basel 3 liquidity management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and articulate business requirements effectively.
  • Engage with project stakeholders to architect robust IT solutions.
  • Collaborate with business users to ascertain functional specifications.
  • Draft comprehensive functional specifications or user stories.
  • Assist the development team in the execution of solutions.
  • Define the parameters for functional testing conducted by IT.
  • Develop and implement functional test plans, executing testing procedures.
  • Manage corrective maintenance requests efficiently.
  • Provide Level 3 application support to both business users and IT teams.
  • Update and maintain documentation to reflect any changes.

Required Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in Agile methodologies, including SFG, SFD, or User Stories.
  • Experience in creating test scenarios and test cases.
  • Strong understanding of IT systems and adept in SQL queries.
  • Knowledge of ALM and/or Basel 3 liquidity frameworks.
  • Experience in Agile and V cycle project management.
  • Exceptional communication skills for conducting workshops.
  • Excellent writing capabilities, with a focus on being motivated, organized, autonomous, and adaptable.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

Deliverables:

  • General Functional Specification Document.
  • Detailed Functional Specification Document or User Stories (Agile).
  • Test protocols and Test Plans.
  • Reports on functional and non-regression testing.
  • Summaries of workshops conducted.
  • Updates to documentation as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in Engineering or a related field, with 2 to 5 years of experience in C#/.NET development, ideally within the Finance sector.
  • Strong knowledge of ALM and Basel 3 liquidity principles.
  • Fluency in English is essential for this international role.
