About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Educator Supervisor to join our team at Apprentices of Auteuil in Nogent-sur-Oise. As an Educator Supervisor, you will play a vital role in supporting the development of our young people, promoting their personal growth, and fostering a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of personalized learning paths for our young people, taking into account their individual needs and goals.
• Organize and animate daily life activities to promote learning, autonomy, and socialization.
• Create learning conditions for daily life activities, helping young people reflect on their behaviors and build their identity.
• Design and conduct educational, recreational, cultural, and citizenship activities to promote individual expression and social interaction.
• Provide individualized support to students for their schooling and internship searches.
• Take care of a group of students during meal times and in case of the absence of a supervisor.

Requirements

• Holder of a State diploma as Educator Supervisor or Bachelor's degree.
• Skills in educational support, animation, and project management.
• Ability to support entire classes in educational reinforcement.
• Creative and independent in missions with young people and adults.
• Dynamic and good relational skills, with experience working with vulnerable youth.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Experience working in a multidisciplinary team.
• Share the values and mission of Apprentices of Auteuil.
