About the Role:
As a Technical Inspection Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful completion of tasks on-site, performing maintenance and adjustments on existing installations, and supervising assembly and adjustment operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections and assessments of mechanical systems and equipment to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with POMA's standards.
- Develop and implement effective maintenance and repair strategies to minimize downtime and optimize system performance.
- Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Represent POMA and its values on-site, promoting a culture of safety, quality, and excellence.
- Develop and maintain detailed reports and documentation of inspections, maintenance, and repairs, providing actionable insights and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to drive continuous improvement and innovation within POMA.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A background in mechanical or systems maintenance, with experience in cable transportation and/or ski lift maintenance.
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems, with the ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to travel extensively within France and occasionally overseas, with a valid passport and any necessary visas.
