The Aga Khan Academy Mombasa is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Admissions Officer to join our team. As a key member of the Admissions Office, you will be responsible for managing the admissions process, including record-keeping and administrative tasks, and assisting with planning, organizing, and participating in activities related to the Admissions Office.
Key Responsibilities:- Update and maintain student information systems in accordance with data protection regulations.
- Manage the Financial Assistance program for prospective parents, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed and submitted.
- Assist in the Academy's admissions process, adhering to the Academy's policy and procedures.
- Update and manage all student data on data systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Participate in the planning and attendance of Academy marketing and student recruitment activities, promoting the Academy's programs and services.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports, providing insights into admissions trends and student enrollment.
- Collaborate with parents to provide information about the Academy and its programs, addressing their queries and concerns.
- A degree in a business-related field, such as education or administration.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in an educational institution, preferably in admissions or student recruitment.
- Knowledge of OpenApply, Navision, and Managebac is highly desirable.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Data analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and present data insights.
