Position Overview
As a vital member of our kitchen brigade, you will collaborate with a team of 10 culinary professionals. Reporting directly to the Head Chef, your key responsibilities will encompass:
Culinary Responsibilities:
- Design and prepare the daily menu using selected ingredients
- Produce additional preparations based on inventory
- Plate dishes in accordance with orders
- Prepare certain items in advance and utilize vacuum packing techniques
- Assist in ingredient preparation for the bar's à la carte offerings
- Conduct culinary trials and engage in the development of new menu items
- Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of kitchen equipment
Inventory Management:
- Oversee stock levels and communicate requirements to the team
- Receive, evaluate, and store incoming goods
