Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Procurement Specialist to join our team at Fed Group. As a Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process, building relationships with suppliers, and optimizing inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gestion des approvisionnements: Manage the procurement process, including sourcing, negotiating, and contracting with suppliers.
• Gestion de la relation fournisseur: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and high-quality products.
• Optimisation du stock via SAP: Use SAP to optimize inventory levels, manage stock levels, and ensure accurate inventory reporting.
• Gestion des taux promotionnel et couverture de stock: Manage promotional pricing and inventory levels to ensure optimal stock coverage.
• Vérification quotidienne des écarts de stock avec prestataire logistique: Conduct daily stock checks with logistics providers to ensure accurate inventory reporting.
• Création des articles en relation avec le marketing: Work with the marketing team to create new product articles and manage product information.
• Mise à jour des tarifs fournisseurs SAP: Update supplier pricing in SAP to ensure accurate pricing and inventory reporting.
• Lancement et suivi des fabrications chez prestataire: Manage the production process with logistics providers, including scheduling and tracking.
• Gestion des retours: Manage returns and ensure accurate inventory reporting.
• Gestion des litiges: Manage disputes and ensure timely resolution.
• Participation à l'inventaire annuel: Participate in annual inventory counts to ensure accurate inventory reporting.
• Gestion de projets divers: Manage various projects, including procurement, logistics, and supply chain initiatives.

Requirements:
