We are seeking a highly skilled Delivery Solutions Architect to join our team at Databricks. As a key member of our Field Engineering organization, you will play a critical role in accelerating the adoption and growth of our Data Intelligence Platform.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with sales and field engineering teams to drive customer success and growth.
- Develop and execute technical account strategies to accelerate the adoption of Databricks workloads.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to customers on the use of Databricks products.
- Navigate Databricks Product and Engineering teams to drive innovation and adoption.
- Develop and execute plans to drive customer success and growth.
- 7+ years of experience in technical project or program delivery within the domain of Data and AI.
- Programming experience in a core language (e.g. Python, SQL, Scala, Spark).
- Experience in a customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, customer success, or consulting role.
- Understanding of solution architecture related distributed data systems.
- Experience resolving complex and important escalations with senior customer executives.
