Job Description

Safran Aircraft Engines is seeking a skilled Database Administrator to join its Hosting/Platforms department within the DSI. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for contributing to the integration and operation of Safran Aircraft Engines' databases (1200 instances).

Your expertise in Oracle technology, as well as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MariaDB, and MongoDB, will enable you to serve as a technical reference for the service. Your duties will include database administration, exploitation, and technical support for project integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the proper maintenance of databases, client satisfaction, and vulnerability management.
• Contribute to the management of database infrastructure evolution projects.
• Develop tools to facilitate administration and automate recurring operations.
• Participate in the creation of technical standards and architecture, as well as the maintenance of the service catalog.
• Support the integration of application and infrastructure projects as a database expert.
• Contribute to the team's skill development (tutoring, training, technological watch).

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a degree in engineering (Bac+5) and at least 5 years of experience in database expertise. You should be a recognized technical expert in Oracle database management and have skills in SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MariaDB, and MongoDB.
