Applications Support Technician

CENTRE HOSPITALIER DE DOUARNENEZ is a prominent healthcare institution committed to delivering exceptional medical services. We are currently seeking an Applications Support Technician to join our Information Systems team during a pivotal transition.

As a vital member of the Information Systems and Digital department, your role will focus on ensuring the effective operation and maintenance of various applications. Your key responsibilities will encompass:

• Overseeing a suite of applications
• Assisting in the implementation of modifications related to business applications
• Enhancing and documenting the knowledge repository of the department
• Providing telephonic assistance to users and professionals
• Supporting users and professionals in navigating their applications
• Guiding users in troubleshooting incidents
• Monitoring requests and incidents within your area of expertise

Essential: Bac+2 or Bac+3 qualification

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Windows, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office suite
• Familiarity with IT technological standards
• Understanding of workstation administration protocols

Interpersonal Skills:

• Strong interpersonal and listening skills
• Meticulous attention to detail, organizational abilities, and teamwork
