The RoleWe are seeking a skilled Reservations Agent to join our team. As a Reservations Agent at Zuma Cannes, you will play a crucial role in managing customer calls and inquiries with efficiency, professionalism, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer care.
Key Responsibilities- Manage customer calls efficiently, amending bookings, and addressing inquiries with professionalism and care.
- Recognize and accommodate regular guests and VIPs, monitor waiting lists, and maximize seating capacity to enhance the guest experience.
- Actively work closely with the Reception and Events teams to ensure seamless coordination.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the reservations system to efficiently confirm, cancel, and adjust bookings as required.
- A proven track record as a reservations agent in a luxury high-volume restaurant environment.
- Naturally friendly, customer-oriented, and skilled at creating memorable dining experiences.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
- A competitive salary of €45,000 per year.
